Check-in & Check-out

The apartments are at your disposal from 3 pm on the day of arrival.

On your last day the apartment should be vacated by 11 am.

No Party Rule

 We would like inform you that no parties are allowed at any of our apartments.

We like to keep a peaceful relationship with the neighbours so please keep that in mind.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking only if check-in date is at least 14 days in advance. Bookings Canceled at least 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refund after that.

Security Deposit

The security deposit is a set amount, different for every listing, that guests pay to cover the costs of any damages they may incur during their stay. If there is no damage after check-out, you return the deposit to the guest in full. 

It will be made by blocking the amount you want on your credit card and it will be automatically unblocked after the stay.

City Tax

All tourists in Lisbon over the age of 13 are subject to this 2€ fee, which is paid per guest per night, with a limit of seven nights (if you stay more than seven nights, you only have to pay for the first seven).
