FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can I check-in earlier then 3 pm?

    We always try our best to accommodate our guests requests but we can only confirm early check-in on the day or the day before. 


    You are always welcome to leave your luggage at the apartment anytime after 11.30 am or at our office after 9 am (MON-FRI). Please let us know if you plan to do so. 



  • Can I check-out later than 11 am?

    It works the same as early check-in. We can only let you know closer to the date. If you need a place to keep your luggage after you have left the apartment you can leave it at our office until 5.30 pm (MON-FRI). Please let us know if you plan to do so.

  • Can I change the number of guests?

    You can add or remove guests depending on the maximum capacity of each apartment. We do not charge additional fees for booking alteration but keep in mind that the extra guests might increase the price of your booking. Always make sure you have the correct number guests. 

  • Can I change the dates?

    If your booking isn't non-refundable, we would be more than happy to alter the dates. 

  • How is the check-in/check-out process?

    Don't worry... You will get a message with all those instructions in your AIRBNB/VRBO/Booking inbox or in your email.  

  • Why do you need all of the guests' information?

    According to article 16 of Law No. 23/2007 of July 4th, as amended by Law No. 102/2017 of August 28th, registration with SEF is mandatory for “Hotel operators, complementary means of tourist accommodation or tourist resorts, as well as all those which provide paid accommodation for foreign citizens”.


    All foreign citizen's accommodation must be communicated to SEF, regardless of age.


    The deadline for lodging the lodging bulletins is three working days for the entry of foreign citizens. The deadline is full days from the date of entry into the accommodation, regardless of the time when the registration was made.

  • I just received a check-in form. Do I have to fill it out?

    Please do! This will make your check-in process so much easier. We don't have a reception so we count on our guests to keep us updated on their arrival time. 

  • Do you provide linens, towels and hairdryers?

    Yes, yes, and yes!
